If you are new to our studio, or new to Pilates, we offer an introductory session for $50. This 45 minute one on one session will begin with a physical assessment and posture analysis, review of physical and medical history, and discuss specific goals to be achieved. The rest of the session will acquaint you with the fundamental concepts and movements of Pilates. You will be moving and experiencing Pilates during this first session.
After your introductory session, an individual program is designed for you. The program created will be stimulating, strengthening, balancing, and most importantly, fun! After 5 to 10 sessions, you will have the option of continuing with one on one sessions, or adding duets, trios and/or mat classes to your program, as appropriate.
One-on-one sessions, duets, trios, and quads are by appointment only.
Clients interested in forming a duet, or forming or joining a trio or quad should schedule an initial one-on-one session with one of our experienced instructors who will work with you to develop a program to best meet your individual needs and goals. If groups are appropriate for you, we generally recommend a minimum of 5 to 10 one-on-one sessions prior to joining a group in order to give you optimum results and a thorough understanding of the Pilates Method.
Please allow at least 24 hours for cancellations for one-on-one sessions, duets,trios, and quads, or you will be charged for the session.
