Towel work is indispensable for learning shoulder girdle stabilization and correct movement of the arms. You will
immediately appreciate the effectiveness of this work and the fact that you can practice it at home with an
everyday piece of equipment.

 Enhancing depression and retraction of the shoulder girdle;
 Opening and expanding the chest and shoulder muscles;
 Correcting forward head posture;
 Increasing range of motion in the cervical spine;
 Preparing the shoulder girdle for weight bearing work on  
    equipment.

Fletcher Braided Towels will be supplied for the Workshop. You can bring your own Towel if you have one.
