Esprit de Core Pilates Studio is located at 895 Sherwood Ave.,
Suite 300, Los Altos, California.
We are located just south of the intersection of El Camino Real
and San Antonio Road, behind Chef Chu's Restaurant.

Directions:
From 101:
From Highway 101, take San Antonio Road south, toward Los Altos.
Continue on San Antonio until you pass El Camino Real. Take the
first left after El Camino Real, onto Sherwood Lane.
The studio will be on your right. Park in the parking lot, and we're
the only upstairs suite. You'll see our sign on the balcony.
From 280:
From 280, take the Grant Road/Foothill Expressway exit onto
Foothill Expressway toward Grant Road/Foothill Expressway.
After 3.9 miles, take a right onto San Antonio Road. Then take a
right onto Sherwood Ave.
The studio will be on your right. Park in the parking lot, and we're
the only upstairs suite. You'll see our sign on the balcony.
From 85:
You can either take 85 to 280 North, and follow the directions
above, or you can take 85 to the El Camino Real exit. Take El
Camino Real north, toward Mountain View. Follow El Camino Real
until you get to San Antonio Road. Take a left on San Antonio Road,
and then your first left onto Sherwood Ave.
The studio will be on your right. Park in the parking lot, and we're
